Welcome to Kitchen Essentials with Basic Food Preparation module. This subject is under competency based training approach, thus, blended learning was one of the methodology that would be used in delivering or conducting training on this subject. In addition, the syllabus of this subject was anchored to the Training Regulations and the Competency Based Curriculum of Cookery NCII. Therefore, after the training, trainees will be subjected for National Competency Assessment for COOKERY NCII.
